Went to a 2019 Santa Fe in April 2019 from a 2017 leased Genesis G80. My dealer made me a deal even my wife could not pass up, so here I am in a beautiful Palisade Limited. Love it. 0221201028b_HDR.jpg

I have a Steel Graphite Limited. Some days it looks grey or dark greet and sometimes blue or even black.

Mine looks gray in the garage with daylight led lights. Otherwise, I have to agree with your assessment.
