New to the brand and to the forum here! Purchased the 2021 Palisade recently, very happy with the overall feel of the vehicle and for the most part, the technology, the space and drive of the vehicle. There are a few things that are mind-boggling and I just don't understand why Hyundai missed these important points:
1. The map light buttons are not pre-lit. At night time, you are playing a guessing game trying to find the right switch to turn on/off a light
2. The third row does not have a light & the cargo space light only comes on when the tailgate is open!
I have a couple of questions and was hoping someone can assist.
1. How do you add the weather forecast on the bottom of the cluster? See attached pictures.
2. How do you lock the doors with the remote while the vehicle is still on? With the cold months ahead, I wonder if there is a way to leave the car running when my family and kids are in the car with the heat running. Any other car that I have owned, including my current 2024 Nissan Rogue, I was able to leave the engine running and lock the doors, but Palisade does not allow for this which I find annoying.
